What we collect
Information you provide via the enquiry form on this site: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you choose to send. We also receive any treatment context when you submit an enquiry from a treatment page.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry. We do not pass your details to third parties for marketing. Enquiry email is delivered via Resend on our behalf. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond to you and provide continuity of care if you become a patient. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email drrheadaesthetics@gmail.com to make a request.
