How the hour runs
Come with your friends, or come on your own.
Slots run on the hour from 10am to 8pm, and each one takes up to three people. That makes it work as easily for a group of bridesmaids or a mother and daughter as it does for one person on a Saturday afternoon.
Everyone attending gets their own scan, their own consultation and their own written plan. You will meet both Dr Pam and Nurse Gemma, and there is time to ask the questions you would never get through in a standard appointment.
Tickets are limited, and once a slot is full it is full.

Not an upsell evening. The scan, both consultations and both written plans are the point of the ticket, and they are yours whether you ever book a treatment or not.

A full skin analysis on the Observ scanner
Medical-grade imaging that looks beneath the surface at pigmentation, redness, sun damage and hydration. Your results are explained on the day and emailed to you afterwards.

A skincare consultation and plan with Nurse Gemma
Built around what your scan actually shows, not a generic routine. Nurse Gemma is a Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber.

A treatment consultation and plan with Dr Pam
An honest conversation about what would and would not suit you, with a plan for in-clinic treatments. No pressure to book anything.

Both plans in writing, product information leaflets, and a direct link to order your products straight to your door.

The ticket
£40 a person, early bird.
Early bird tickets are £40 until 31 August 2026, then £47. A skin scan and a doctor's treatment plan would normally be two separate appointments; this is both, plus the plans, the hospitality and a discount to use afterwards.
Every attendee needs their own ticket. Up to three tickets can be used in the same slot.

Before you book.
Do I have to book a treatment on the day?
No. The ticket covers the scan, both consultations, your plans and the hospitality. If you would like to book a treatment there is an exclusive discount available on the day and for three months afterwards, but there is no obligation and nobody will push you.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, and most people do. Each slot takes up to three people, so it works whether you come with a friend, your mum, your daughter or your bridesmaids. Every person attending needs their own ticket, and each of you gets your own scan, consultation and plan.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Plenty of people book a single ticket. You will be in a small group with Dr Pam and Nurse Gemma, so it is relaxed rather than intimidating.
How long does it take?
One hour. Slots run on the hour from 10am to 8pm, so you can pick a time that fits around work or family.
Should I wear makeup?
Please come with clean skin if you can. The Observ scanner reads the layers beneath the surface, and makeup, fake tan and heavy SPF can affect what it picks up. We can remove makeup for you on the day if that is easier.
Is there a non-alcoholic option?
Yes. Let us know when you book and we will have a non-alcoholic option ready for you. This is also the right time to tell us about any dietary requirements for the grazing box.
What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
You are very welcome to come. The scan and the consultations are entirely safe. Some in-clinic treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and Dr Pam will be straight with you about what can wait until afterwards.
Where is it and is there parking?
The event is held at the clinic on Inn Road, Dollingstown, Craigavon, BT66 7JN. There is free parking on site.
What if I can no longer make my slot?
Get in touch as early as you can and we will do our best to move you to another slot on the day, subject to availability. Tickets are limited, so the sooner you tell us the better the chance of finding you a space.
