Terms and conditions.
Full terms and conditions for treatments at Dr Rhead Aesthetics are in preparation. The summary below sets out the most common questions.
Consultations
New patient consultations are £20. Deducted from final treatment price.
Booking and deposits
Bookings are confirmed at the point of payment through the online booking system. Specific deposit and cancellation terms appear at the point of booking.
Cancellation
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the appointment can be offered to another patient. Specific notice periods and any associated fees are set out in your booking confirmation.
Suitability
Every treatment is subject to a clinical suitability check during your consultation. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment plan where clinically appropriate.
Payments
We accept Cash, Bank transfer, Credit & debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay and Klarna (spread the cost).
